Our Activities
Support Spot
Through the 'Support Point' Action, we provide a package of free services to each registered member of the Karditsa Cooperative Ecosystem. The Social Hub Node was selected to implement the Action with 100% of its own resources, following the positive evaluation of the proposal submitted to the call of AN.KA. (Development of Karditsa). Based on our proposal, our Organization committed to undertake the pilot operation of the 'Local Hub' action for the year 2025, as described in the framework of a project co-financed by the European Union, entitled Open Business for Community Development, in which AN.KA. is a partner.
The last survivors!
The activity concerns a series of events that we are organising in the Prefecture of Karditsa and its title is humorous. After fifteen years of economic crisis, two devastating natural disasters that hit our region, a pandemic and a terrible inflation, we, "the last survivors" in our land, let's meet to discuss our future! Are there jobs? Why is everyone leaving? Will young people stay in the villages? Who will deal with production? The demographic and economic data of the Regional Unit of Karditsa are already troubling... What can we do about all this? Let's meet to discuss, focus on our needs and perhaps find some solutions to some problems.
Mapping of groups and organizations in Prefecture of Karditsa
In Prefecture of Karditsa there is one city, three towns and 268 villages and settlements. Did you know that in almost all of these places, there are teams of people with remarkable activity? We want to get to know them all and them to know us! Komvos Social Hub every year runs an internal project. This year it is about the mapping of teams and organizations with Social, Cultural, Ecological activity in Perfecture of Karditsa. Our goal for this year is to get in contact with as many teams and organizations as possible, listen to their needs and support them with our services.

Organizational and Administrative Support
We support holding effective meetings, making collective decisions, defining roles with clear responsibilities, and introducing rules and standardized procedures that suit each client.
Event Planning and Organization
We provide support services for planning, costing and implementation of events. We also undertake the organization of events.
Education Services
Most of our services are accompanied by micro-training packages on organization, management, application of tools and techniques for the comprehensive planning or redefinition of an action or project. At the same time, we undertake the implementation of Seminars and Workshops.
Consulting Services
The "classic" counseling
weighs the operation of a business in terms of the financial result. However, for Social, Cultural, Environmental activities, the practical result, that is, the impact they create, is equally important. We offer Consulting Services with the aim of finding the "golden mean" between the financial and the practical result for the operation of each project.
Writing and Submitting Funding Proposals
The nature of the projects we support often requires external funding. We undertake the writing and submission of funding proposals and support the management of approved projects.
